Where do we process your data?

For each specific purpose to the processing of personal data collected, we will inform you of the applicable legal bases, and of the rights you can exercise; if the act of providing personal data is a regulatory requirement or if it is necessary for the finalization of a contract, and if it is mandatory to provide personal data, together with any consequences if the user does not consent to do so.

Right of access:


You have the right to request information about your personal data in our possession at any time. The user can contact the email address

Whenever Montebello Splendid S.p.A. processes the user’s personal data by automated means on the basis of the user’s consent, or on the basis of an agreement, the user has the right to obtain a copy of the data transferred to the user or to another person , in a commonly used format, in a structured and electronically readable form. Right to rectification:


You have the right to request the rectification of your personal data if it is found to be incorrect, including the right to be able to complete incomplete personal data.


Right of cancellation:


The user has the right to cancel any personal data processed by Montebello Splendid S.p.A. at any time, except for the following situations:

* there is an open position with the hotel structure of the Data Controller;

* the user has a reservation made and not yet made;

* the user has an open debt with Montebello Splendid S.p.A., regardless of the payment method;

* you are suspected of, or have fraudulently used our services in the past four years;

* your debt has been sold to a third party in the past three years or one year in the event of the customer’s death;

* for any operation (booking, stay) carried out, we will keep the user’s personal data relating to the transaction, in accordance with the accounting rules.


Your right to object to processing based on legitimate interest:


The user has the right to object to the processing of personal data based on the legitimate interest of Montebello Splendid S.p.A.. Montebello Splendid S.p.A. will not continue to process personal data unless it is able to demonstrate a legitimate basis for the processing, which prevails over the interests and rights of the user or for legal reasons.


The user can choose not to accept direct marketing by the following means:

Right of restriction:


The user has the right to request that Montebello Splendid S.p.A. limit the processing of personal data in the following circumstances:

* in the event that you object to the processing based on the legitimate interest of Montebello Splendid S.p.A., the latter undertakes to limit this processing of the data while waiting for the legitimate interest to be verified;

* if the user declares that the personal data are incorrect, Montebello Splendid S.p.A. must limit all processing of such data until their accuracy is verified;

* if the processing is not legitimate, it is possible to oppose the deletion of personal data and request a restriction of their use instead;

* if Montebello Splendid S.p.A. no longer needs the personal data but they are necessary so that the user can set up a legal defense.
